My daughter was married to an American Indian when she was younger. Her husband's family ate tripe. She said the smells was god-awful. But her mother in law made the best Indian Tacos too. No she didn't use tripe. 
Twisted my ankle last night. I'll be keeping it on my infrared panels today. |

Ouch. Makes me think of that golfer, Tony Finau, recently in the news not long ago.
When this happens to me I feel the universe is trying to tell me to be more careful. It's nicer to get this warning than to lose your life.
So, let your hubby give you loving healing energy and turn that sprain into a gain

Oh, that is so sweet Aaron.  I can walk on it with less pain today. More infrared treatments today. |

Gald to make it through one more day of this glorious broke *** day. Rich or poor I am going to make it through just one more day. Because that's all you can do. Right now my hardcore vegin ,spiritual neighbors cat needs me she tossed it outside to fend for itself because she got another pet, it needs food and water so a realist will take care of the cat.

I've noticed that this universe is often paradoxical. Helping others when you have nothing can lead to interesting ways. It's also good for your own sense of self worth.
When I was a kid, for the first 6 years we didn't eat meat, because in those days meat was considered a luxury. And even the vegetables we ate - a lot had to come from the back garden, because we couldn't afford to buy enough vegetables either. I remember if I asked my mom for a treat she'd send me to the garden to dig up dandelion roots. Then she'd make that into dandelion tea which to me tasted a bit like coffee.

I remember that you dream about real people dream jo.
Well I fell on some slippery mud the other day and twisted my already bad knee. Nothing is broke but Monday I will schedule an appointment with an orthopedic doctor for knee replacement. Not looking forward to it. I always end up with complications.
