Clear quartz tumbled gemstone appeared randomly in my collection

I wonder if anyone could shed any light on this?
The other day I took my crystal collection down to the woods and cleansed them in the river. I left them to dry wrapped in a fresh towel in my bedroom and the next day when I came to put them away there was a new clear quartz that I haven't seen before.
Now my collection is not so big that I have simply forgotten or didn't realise I had it, plus of the few clear quartz crystals I do have none of them are tumbled.

I truly have no idea where this new crystal has come from or why it has come to me now.

Any ideas? :)

Maybe it thought you needed it hehe ;) I don't think it didn't happen for a reason !! Maybe clear quartz is going to be helpful for you along your journey this is funny to me though hehe , I've heard of crystals disappearing on their own , but I've never heard of them appearing randomly !
