third eye opening

My third eye I think has been activated seeing colours swirls bright purple and pale green/yellow even...

What comes after that and when do you actually "push through" as i've seen it referred to in these posts to the next .. well whatever comes next, I don't know I haven't been there?

ellespirit... I don't go along with the 'pushing through' idea but gradually opening the third eye with a daily practice.

Do you feel a tight pressure/tingling in the middle of your forehead by any chance? I've been getting that a lot recently, and heard it's related to your third eye opening.

Have you thought of trying to open your other chakras? Also a cleansing of it might help!

maybe if your thinking of opening your third eye use some Incense like

Basil (Ocimum Basilicum): Supports clarity of mind; assists faith and devotion.

oh yes love that tingly release of DMT in my pineal...sometimes feel it radiate out to my temples!!! i'm with Xan, i practice regularly and let whatever is going to happen take place when it does. i am SO not in control of those things, just thankful for experiencing what i do!
