Numbers are beautiful for meditating. They will either work or they won't. They can also greatly reduce chaos in your meditation. People dream in numbers all the time. Let your brain dream in these numbers.
This technique that I'm looking to share uses a specific number sequence to meditate to the non-dominant side of the brain and reach a hybrid state between asleep and awake. This is a real thing that really works.
Mental clarity, lucid dreaming, liquid light immersion are just some of the benefits.
