Contacting the long ago

Some don't believe one that has been reincarnated can be contacted through channeling, spirit boards, and/or etc.
I believe a body or anything else is only a vessel and thus souls, reincarnated or not, can still be contacted and communicate.
The people/spirits/souls may have had multiple lives and communicate as each yet always as themselves, their own original and ongoing entity.

hi :-) sure that can all be done

but you can also do practical thing s

like go back to an other time see your self there

in a situation that was bad and correct it by showering yourself

there with love and love filled words to correct the pain or problem

so it wont affect you where you are now

just posting this so readers who have not thought of this can use it

if it has need for them :-)
