Dream Inducing Tinctures
Does anybody have any experience with these? I've got some Bobinsana I'm going to try and wondered if anybody has had results with this.

Well, I tried the Bobinsana and didn't get any results. They should work better for how bad they taste.

I would be hesitant taking something that was advertised as Dream Inducing Tinctures. I would be more likely to work with a sort of dream intention, like manifesting a dream, instead of taking something . When you go to sleep, intend to dream about something or someone, and see what happens. Like anything, this probably takes practice, or is a case of sometimes it works/ sometimes it doesn't. Kind of like astral travel, doesn't usually work all the time, for most people.

I also tried herbs to 'remember dreams'. Way back now.
In my case, they didn't work. I just slept like a baby! LOL
Then randomly, I remembered lots of vivid dreams while taking/drinking nothing!
The secret might be in the times you wake up. You could experiment with the 'hard way'....and that is deliberately waking yourself every 90 minutes....or multiples of 90 minutes.
Yes it's tiring, but okay if you can record a few dreams, then sleep late in the morning! (or go to bed terrifically early)
As for recording dreams, it really is hard to get up, sit up, grab a pen and notebook, turn on the light, write it all down....when you are very very tired.
So a good idea is a recorder of some kind, and all you have to do is flip a switch and ramble away, then switch off and go back to sleep.

tinctures
I don't know much about tinctures. I have tried blue lotus, but nothing happened. I did chew African dream root for a few days (in the morning, on an empty stomach) and after the second day I had lucid dreams and fantastic dream recall. I filled up 4 pages in my dream journal!

I have started working with saffron recently and noticed my dreams have been much more vivid and lucid.

I noticed, that taking any herbs before bed tends to give me stronger dreams, especially if I take a few dropperful, even simple things from colds-like Echinacea, mullein, etc.
Now, if you do even a few minutes of EMDR therapy (you can do it yourself, even if they say not to do it yourself), I almost can promise you vivid dreams.
