Unconditional love means that you can feel love regardless of any condition you are in; so focus on the love you want in life and let it grow, and any thought that is resistant to that practice letting it be, and when you can't practice being kind to yourself. In time you will find that what you practice grows so much in momentum that your opposing momentum have no haul.
