Greetings
Hello, my name is Jordan. Nice to join the forum and I hope everyone is doing well. I will be honest, I have had my eyes closed for awhile. Up until a few months ago. I had a few dreams which I believed were real. I had extreme feelings of de ja vu, shame, humiliation and so forth. Basically I felt like I had done something awful. I remember the night pretty vividly. Then after a few months of talking with my therapist, family and girlfriend I brushed it off as stress.
A few weeks ago after a series of more stressful roadblocks I made the joke that at least I'm not going crazy anymore. Then I had another "dream sequence" that felt like I had done more awful things: I robbed a bank, had my girlfriend as a hostage, saw a murder, witnessed a ritual that I had to take a portal to and I believe I had an encounter with Morrigan, Morpheus and Lillian, (I am not sure. considering I am new to spiritual research and my memory may not be serving me completely.) extreme de ja vu and I left work early today because what seemed like a horrible premonition, witnessed sexual abuse and so on.
I have been reading a lot about transcendental meditation, astral projection, Wiccan beliefs etc. I am very new to this and was hoping for some guidance. I am not going to lie I have been a little horrified but I have been using love and respect as a shield and trying to stay out of the darkness.

hi Jordan, it sounds like you're going through a lot of stuff just now.
i'm gonna guess that you've set these things in motion somehow
[at a higher dimension of being], as a means for you to sort out
your priorities while here in the physical realm.
i suggest that you meditate, and find your "peaceful center", that's
the place within you that knows things are working out to your benefit.
whenever you're confronted by "challenging" circumstances, take a
moment to reconnect with that place of peace, and interact, or disengage,
from whatever events are transpiring with guidance from there.
