Self Energy problems?

what you guys do when u feel kinda weak but u know u shouldnt like for days.
maybe its just cause im lonely and i im bored

Breath work, physical exercise, different kinds of energy work, eat well, get sunlight, be social

Yoga, tai chi, qigong, walking or running, lifting weights, etc. Energy doesn't have to move and increase in the body if you aren't active. The morning through the early afternoon tends to be when active energy is naturally increasing in the body, but if you're not doing anything to encourage that then it might not have much of an impact on how you feel. Developing your own interests can help increase your energy too; having something important to you in your life can make your time and energy more meaningful and make it worth building up energy for it, even something small.

There are lots of things you can do to increase your energy, a lot of times it ends up being a matter of choice to make yourself do something that you know will help but don't feel like doing because you feel tired or unfocused

But if you're feeling that way and it isn't getting better, or you feel that way often, maybe talk to a doctor or psychologist/psychiatrist about it
