Seeing auras with peripheral vision (3rd eye)

I have recently come to the understanding that seeing auras with the third eye requires the ability to observe with our peripheral vision. When in deep meditation I can now see auras with eyes open or closed much easier with the following technique.

When we see aura, we can only perceive it with peripheral vision. Focusing our two eyes on the aura will cause the aura to disappear. We can practice using peripheral vision by doing open eye meditation. We basically want our eyes to lose direct focus by observing not what our eyes are directed towards but everything else that surrounds our direct focal point (peripherals). Our two eyes will drift and the 3rd eye will take over. You will know you are using the peripherals correctly because the third eye pressure will activate. It takes practice to observe with peripherals while not using our two eyes. If you meditate on the peripherals long enough, patterns will get all trippy like and auras will start to appear. Avoid all temptation to look directly at it. It helps to remain in peripheral vision if you are in a relaxed trance state so start with normal breathing meditation to get to that point.

Think about this... Dreaming is the third eye vision. When we fall asleep, our two eyes roll back and the are no longer in direct focus. This allows peripheral vision to take over (3rd eye)
