Reality is not real, Reality is an illusion

We rely on our human senses to gauge reality, but they’re extremely limited. Let's analyze reality for a quick second. This reality that you see is the world as it is right here and now. It may seem that you are outside of it, and simply observing it. Yet this reality is not outside of you. It only exists in your mind, and you view it through your own unique lens, filtered by your senses, your memories, your mood, and by your thoughts.

Everyone is like this we are the sum of all our experiences, our culture, the world that we live in and this is all based on the way that the world has formed itself in our mind. There is nothing wrong with this, it is the way that it is. Illusion or not, we are in it.

Okay, reality is just labels and boxes and jargon and what not, “stuff.”

Then there is the pure light/energy that shines from us and transcends the labels and jargon and boxes, “stuff” that joins with others and when we walk together in the light/energy there is beauty and balance and purity and love. And all of that other “stuff” just falls away and does not matter.

“Stuff,” just helps us talk about, “stuff.” Common nomenclature. All surface.

Light and energy is the depth.

I had many experiences about reality, how to come in or go out of it. There is one physical reality that we can't deny and it is multilayered with many other realities how we differently percept the same thing. So, physical reality is one way how we are connected, but not always present in it, because it is just medium so other stuff can happen.

There are many realities, if we would take them for such. Every nation has its own reality, somehow connected with others but different. So it goes with groups. But now i came to question what is red thin line of, let say, midsection of all this realities and where it takes us.

Then we have personal realities, im sure each of us has many ways how to look at something. So every reality is real and none an illusion, but some realities are good and others brings distortion and disharmony so we better label them with awareness and perception, knowing, sensing them, so we can avoid them in ¨future¨.

This begs for your definition of "reality" in order for it to make sense. You probably are thinking of what everything means to you (the idealistic or notional idea) rather than what it actually is.

REALITY: the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them

There are things people label "reality" that are definitely shared with others and not merely existent in one's mind. You can play with the concepts of belief and illusion yet we are living partially in a world of matter and are bound by its laws. Once you leave the body behind you may think you are freed but you also lose the things this world enables you to experience such as the wide range of physical sensation and the added depth this experience provides.

It's a very interesting question, i think perspective plays a big role in your experience. One on the amazing things I've discovered in the past 9 months is how to change my perspective in order to improve my quality of life.

Don't blame yourself, don't dwell on the negative, do what you can to help others, have fun, and bring light to those around you. Rejoice in the happiness of others, but don't depend on them to 'make you happy' because i have found that happiness comes from within, and it's easier to say that then to practice it, but practice makes progress.
