A smoothie of papaya, pineapple, kale, coconut cream, pumpkin seeds and papaya seeds

I had multiple phases of being vegetarian & vegan.

I had the opportunity to dine at various vegan restaurants
Asian, Middle Eastern, Latin, American fare, etc. & when all
that is available is utilized & prepared correctly you will never
miss animal derived ingredients, ever.

There is absolutely no reason for humans to consume animal
derived products (and at the rate they do)- not for nutrient content,
taste, affordability, convenience etc.

Food truck fun today! I had the most heavenly home-made falafel, tahini sauce, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, baba ganoush and greek salad off of the Gryos truck and a blended lavender iced tea with honey bubbles off of the bubble tea truck.

3 Green apples + celery + fennel Juiced

Unsweetened Cranberry Juice in another litre of water

For a snack I just had two brown rice cakes with homemade pumpkin seed butter on, tomato and a little Himalayan salt & pepper

Tempura battered cauliflower with kale, brussel sprouts, carrots and snow pea pods in a lemongrass basil sauce on the side with rice.
