Can only focuss on center of eye brows without considering image can open the 3rd eye.your suggestions are most welcome

Yes, it can help focusing only on the feeling, but try to combine it with the light you'll see after time. And listen to inner sounds also. If you dive into inner sounds, they'll numb the body until you're able to only focus on the light, aswell as on the sound.

You don't need an image but it helps to use the breath. As you breathe in think that you are breathing into the point between the eyebrows. The oxygen will go into the lungs but you are directing the subtle energy in the air (prana/chi) to go into the brow chakra. The third eye point between the eyebrows is like the doorway into the brow chakra. The actual brow chakra is in the centre of the brain. And sometimes if the sensation is strong, we feel it at the back of the head as well. And in really fully blown brow chakra sensations we start to feel it connecting to the crown chakra at different points on top of the head.
