Hi ! *waves*
Hello. My name is InsightorInsanity. I don't know which is true.
I believe that if you saw God, language fails you. How can you describe what you saw ? How can you have the words for an utter alien, indescribable event ? You can't .
Therefore, I believe people with mental illness DO see spiritual events. I don't believe everything they see or hear is valueless. I think just like the person that sees God and doesn't have the vocabulary to describe it, the mentally ill person does see God, but is so confused and lacks the vocabulary
to describe it.
In a sense, medication in a way cuts them off from spiritual experiences. In the same sense, our drug laws do as well. We have an inordinate interest in logic and reason, in having a black verse white view in Western culture. In my point of view, that cuts them off from important spiritual events and important emotions.

InsightorInsanity...It depends on which section of the forum you are dealing with. I recommend you visit the Soulmates and Twin Flames section as your first stop and let us know what you think...
