Tho, when they are in alignment or opened - it is VERY nice.

I remember my old friend and chiropractor in the 80s would sit in his office visualizing his Root Chakra, 1st,
almost like a tail , I suppose----
going down deep into the center of the Earth ---he said to ground himself before patients came...and for power.

so today i tried the session you told me about, and it was a bit hard to distinguish mind and closed eyes, so i could probably have though that that i saw colors while it was my mind, that's not the right way right?

The mind does want to make you doubt - just sayin...that's so typical.
This is really very simple ---it's just focusing in that area - the mind is funny tho,
it loves to complicate things. LOL "It can't be that simple."
I'll give you a pointer soon.

i don't think i fully understand that statement although i understand some of it, so you come in contact with a higher power which is what exactly the same soul that has been used in all your past lives?

Past lives would take me off the topic of the third eye ---there's plenty to talk about just
regarding sights and things seen with the Inner Eye! ;)

One thing is-
There is 'another' being or consciousness you can experience we're saying..
and when It presents Itself you are very aware it isn't
'you'...what can I say It made Itself known inside my little head at 5 years old.
'It' was looking out of my eyes observing and it was no 5 yr old.
Uncanny, different to say the least.
Many diff names - Over Soul, Higher Self, God, the omnipresent Creator.,
the Divine Mind.
But that's a long way off probably.
My point was that was why I wondered if you believed in a God...or
Superior Being. But I got ahead of myself.
Just keep focusing and enjoy 'colors' or patterns for now.
We can drop this.

I've found over the course of a year or two of trying to quit smoking(nicotine),that with all the back and forth and relapses,i'm actually strengthening my third eye.

And that's the thing i've found with addictions,that addictions pertain to a certain chakra.

And on quitting and with relapses along the way,one strengthens that chakra that's been blocked and affected.

There are lessons to learn on each one.

Just from my experience anyway.

Smoking being my last vice and now having more control over this addiction,i now finding myself being impulsed to smoke when i've quit for awhile.

In turn,i've learnt there's a very good reason for this.

One being,not having come full circle,two,when impulsed and relapsing,i find myself,and bringing myself out of an altered state.

See,at this point,the vision ain't 101% clear.
