No, I've said this before that analysing for the sake of an answer gets you nowhere, leaves frustration because there is no answer. There is only what we already know to be true deep down which we have to realise more fully within ourselves. Analysing does just that, it doesn't search for an answer, it explores the possibilities through what is, and the experiences had. And in the meantime accumulates your understanding as a larger picture, rather than gives an answer.

There is a really good write-up about the 'twin flame' concept in which the author demonstrates an understanding of the nature of spiritual awakening, and much like the creator of this thread - emphasizes the importance of finding (realizing) the wholeness that exists within you. Twin flames is simply a label given to the last soul connection one has to learn the toughest lessons before exiting the cycle of reincarnation to Ascend into the spirit world without having to come back.

The theory that twin flames are halves of the same soul is simply ego’s belief in separation. The ego only understands what it’s learned from the current body it inhabits. Because physical bodies are separate, it believes in the illusion that one must find wholeness from outside sources. But our true reality of soul is never separate, it is only the physical bodies. So in truth, we are always as one and it is just the physical body that cannot fully comprehend this.

When one meets an intense soul connection or twin flame, suddenly they are thrown into seeing life in a different way. The ego identity has to make way for the true identity of the soul. Often, the ego does not like this and people feel as though they are losing themselves and don’t know who they are any more. This is what creates the infamous twin flame runner. The twin flame runner is simply someone struggling to surrender to their soul identity. The ego wants to fight because it wants to always be in control and understand everything, but it cannot fully understand the vastness and immortality of the soul.

"Many twin flames get stuck becoming the twin flame chaser because they mistakenly believe this other person / soul will complete them. But in reality, because we already are oneness and have everything within ourselves to realise our wholeness, nothing outside of ourselves can make us whole. It is the ego that believes in NEED. It makes us think that we need this, that and the other from outside of ourselves in order to be whole. But the ego’s needs are a bottomless pit. Once we gain something which we believed would complete us and stop the suffering of need, then the ego looks ahead to what else it now thinks it needs. It is a never-ending cycle.

Meeting a twin flame is truly meeting a reflection of self so we can remember that we are already whole. We question reality and that is when the soul truth comes into greater understanding and we reach enlightenment.

People become stuck when they keep thinking they must wait for the runner twin flame to return in order to be whole. The universe never requires waiting but instead it always requires transformation. If you are waiting for your twin flame to complete you then you are living in ego co-dependency.

The universe often makes the twin flames separate so they have to work on their individual wholeness. A physical relationship can happen after all the lessons (karma) are completed, but it is not guaranteed for we all have free will after we have completed the lessons. But before that, Destiny keeps the twin flames “stuck” on the path until they learn it all.


It can be very frightening when you are faced with such a perfect mirror of yourself and everything that you need to heal or release within yourself. Often the twin flame runners don’t want to face looking at self because it is too painful. But also, the twin flame chasers often concentrate so much on what the runner twin flame is and isn’t doing, that they too are running from looking inwards at themselves honestly. "

This is something I don't agree with, many of us were never in the cycle of reincarnation to begin with, we chose to come back to help the planet ascend. It's not compulsory. We actually came back from the spirit/light realms for a time, and are not stuck here. When we die we remember who we were if we don't during incarnation (which is the point really).

Enjoyed reading this very succinct breakdown of the factors and energy dynamics at play. Nice posting for sure! Was a breath of fresh air, going to print it and hopefully give it to a friend of mine. She doesn't understand the frequency in her connection is simply dropping, as they all do when it's time for the growth to start.

Yes. I don't have any of the reincarnation memories either, just my pre-birth memories of prior realm and planning. I like to learn about the other ones. It's interesting.
