Light and Darkness
I was listening to a beautiful piano composition from Ludovico Einaudi called 'Night' and while listening to it I realised how beautiful is the night and the darkness, it has its own beauty and impact on us.
I realised that universe is mostly dark and light gives life to the darkness, you see sun is the light which is god giving us light to shine.
I think this was a lesson for me!

We live and have our being in a play of shadow and light, the darkness is but the shadow of the light,
the darkness compliments, and dances with, the light. We might not recognize one without the other.

Due to the hrs of my job more than half of life is spent enjoying the beauty of the night. The only thing I miss is sleeping in the dark. I could babble forever about the night and all it's life.

Without darkness there would be no light and without light there would be no darkness. I mean this both literally and figuratively.
When the sun set and the moon comes out we are wrapped in the arms of darkness to heal from the day's events. To recharge so to speak.
But sometimes darkness can also bring us woe, in the form of nightmares, insomnia and (figuratively) hurtful events.

We human beings have the qualities of the sun and the moon; we radiate energy like the sun,
