When your gut is affected

So sometimes I think a spirit visits me... When it visits my gut feels very nice, a good feeling. But then after awhile my gut feels so very bad. It would sometimes hurt... I guess it is when it is leaving?

So does anyone know what this means? Or why it is happening?

Is what it is doing to my gut bad?

Hi there, normally when spirit would draw close I would get a warm butterfly feeling in my stomach, my temperature would also rise considerably.. if it was very strong I would often feel a little bit faint or nervy..
I never used to feel any pain afterwards..
A friend used to tell me to sip water and always close down properly.. maybe that's why?
I wouldn't think what it is doing to your stomach is bad but perhaps asking spirit to draw forward and back carefully might help? Perhaps the energy is very strong?
I am just throwing ideas out there that might help but like I said I wouldn't assume it is bad xx

I only assume it may be bad because of the pain... It's just a sort of trend I noticed when around certain spirits.
