Doing a Soul Retrieval For the First Time
Coming up very soon, I have my first Soul Retrieval coming up ever. What should I expect? Any suggestions how to prepare and what to do afterwards?

Only thing you can do afterwards is clear your energy and get back into your center. They are really fun to do.
Only you can really determine what to expect though because you are heading into a metaphysical space and directly interacting with energies that only your inner matrix can read in the symbolism that makes sense to your subconscious

I'm assuming you are having another person do it, a shamanic practitioner?

You can create a nice safe loving environment for your soul fragment to come back to   Like if a child had run away and was out in the cold with no food, shelter or safety, youd want to make the house welcoming for the child to come back to. The kids not gonna wanna come back to the same environment it ran away from and if it does, probably wont wanna stay. If you cleaned the house and made it into a warm and safe environment the lost child will be happy to come home and will settle right in  |

Hi Crystal Ambassador. Its really amazing the way you do your astral journeys (you journeyed twice for me, I remember well), I was just wondering if you can locate and guide soul fragments home through your journeys? |

awesome advice. I totally agree on this too- when you have a soul aspect that needs to be integrated its definitely good to do some preparatory work especially with the inner understanding to the mind state and energy you will have to hold to accommodate the new energy of the reclaimed soul piece |
