Learn from what happened; remember those who died, take care of the bereaved and those still falling sick because of that dreadful event.

Send your prayers and your thoughts out to those left behind. The ones who perished don't need prayers as they've been taken care of and will be doing just fine.

Protect your homeland to the best of your ability from the madmen and religious fanatics whose thoughts and ideas are full of hate and destruction.

But remember to welcome those who visit the USA because they love the land and its people.

I think about 9/11 each year and send prayers to the families and friends of those who passed.

I was travelling home from abroad on the day it happened and it sticks firmly in my memory as one of the most terrifying days ever.

Sad...just devastatingly sad...
