i dont think you need a advanced soul/old soul all i think you need is the desire and willingness to put the work in to succeed at astral projection

Light penetrates and dissipates shadow. things of darkness reside in shadow and darkness.. beings of light reside in.. well you know..Your Gatekeeper should/would/presumably is...onside anyway. Mine is a Massai Warrior that does not have the time of day for me , that said he carries out his task impeccably.

So anyway.. And this is an old chestnut... much like me... About the Video Game mentality that sometimes accompanies astral travel. Going to the dark or lower..baser levels deliberately and with intent.. Is in my (not short) experience not ideally suited to being on anyones to do list... just sayin..

Further more ..that which one sews is invariably reaped. So trapesing through the hawthorn thicket will leave one with a goodly few scratches some of which will be deep enough to scar.
