Can you incarnate as a animal?
I'm asking this because when I watch movies or videos about wolves I have this strong feeling of wanting to be in a pack and be a wolf.. It's a intense feeling of longing to be a wolf and be with a pack. Makes me want to cry almost like I miss that kind of life and I've always loved wolves since I can remember.

It certainly is possible! 
You might look into the Otherkin phenomenon (but stay away from tumblr; it's full of trolls.) Your longing sounds much like that. Still, that's up to you to decide as it's a broad category. Or, you simply have at least one other life as a wolf, past, present/concurrent, or future |

My personal view is that people don't reincarnate as animals. Some people call that "transubstantiation". Generally, animals are believed to have "group souls", and when they die, the soul returns to the pack. I think it might be possible for animals to be born into human bodies, especially special animals like wolves. I long ago discovered that nothing can be dismissed as "impossible"! Maybe, you were in the body of a wolf at some point, but it is more likely that the wolf is your totem animal, and protector. Look to the wolf for the wisdom it has to give. |

One day I was zoning out as I do sometimes and I said to myself "I'm a starfish.. that was my first incarnation".. I came to and I was like lol wat.
Don't know if it's true but it struck a weird chord with me.

I have deep, vivid daydreams almost like I'm dreaming but I'm not so one day I was doing so and I was just daydreaming that I was a wolf and running on all fours and jumping over things and I was seeing this as first person. Like through the eyes of a wolf and it seemed all so natural to be running on all fours.

People cannot come back as animals. Animals cannot come back as people. It is two seperate lines if spiritual evolution. We have our spiritual realms and they have theirs.

No. Life is progressive. If one had learnt and mastered all the lessons of the human realm one would progress to the next realm of light. But for the great majority of people their next incarnation will again be in renewed human guise.
That being said, when an animal has learnt and mastered all the lessons of the animal realm, its next incarnation will be in human guise.

You ARE incarnate as an animal, humans are animals.
IMO: you are free to 'come back' as whatever you want. Most currently here as humans are on a 'growth path' and have preconceived notions about what is a 'higher' life form. However, I don't think there are any rules about it.
