Can you "Feel" things into existence to manifest?

The words I would use are beautiful and wonderful, which our Universe absolutely is, but I would not call it ''loving''.
However, it will be 'loving' for the winners out there who get everything they want out of life. That's always how it goes, it is a matter of perception and where you are in life. Needless to say, whether we are 'positive' or 'negative', the Universe does not give any hint that 'it' cares, else we wouldn't have pandemics, wars, and so many other problems. In the Middle Ages many people believed in God, had faith, but that didn't stop them from catching the plague or dying from starvation.

Good to know you're in a good place, FairyCrystal, I mean that, but it does not apply to all people, and wishing or feeling that we are, as is the case with this Law of Attraction business, just doesn't work. It requires our mind to think in a certain way to be receptive to it, where we consciously grab those hits but ignore all the misses.

Thank you. And yes it does work. If you don't get the good stuff it's still what you attract. It takes work on Self. And I've done a helluva lot of that for years.
I'm currently also not where I want to be, that doesn't mean it doesn't work, it means I'm not 'cooperating', not consistently at a high vibration. I go up and down at the mo. The fact I still see it works as I get that what I send out, and knowing I can then also change that around, makes it easier to get there again. Once you've reached a certain level for a long enough time you won't go 'down there' so far anymore. Like everything in personal growth and evolving.

But to each their own. I respect your beliefs, they're just not congruent with mine.

To my knowledge this kind of thing isn't possible. What is possible, and more likely as an explanation, is that you are already a believer prior to winning the money, and think such things regularly, that you can wish for things and they will happen. You then simply place greater value in the hits and ignore all the misses, the times when it didn't work [confirmation bias].

I have tried (haven't we all? Either as kids and/or adults) to believe and think things will become true, but hey it doesn't work, even if I'm totally convinced. We have all fallen in love and were convinced the other had similar feelings but it doesn't work most of the time. We've all been totally convinced and believed we would get that job but hey, again it doesn't work out that way.

''Believers'' will remember the hits but ignore all the misses..
It's not hard for a human mind to fall into this kind of thinking.

Yes, unconditional love, or joy, or appreciation (whatever you wanna call those good feeling emotions), is the path of least resistance towards your greater allowed realisation of all that you truely are being and becoming evermore here and now.

And the source of the matter is all vibrational. Relative. And the prime relativity being the energy motional relativity between your physical consciousness and your greater non-physical consciousness, which is always accurate indicated by your emotional guidance system.
