Hello,

I'd like to share my stuff with you all.
A tip for AP's, whenever you go to the bathroom, look at yourself in the mirror and pretend you are on the other side. I've learned this at a very young age and this is how i can travel from past to present.

I looked at this post a few times - interesting, I done power of the mind/visualisation research over recent times, i like the idea of that very simple and effective for some - I'll keep having a dabble at it...

Yup imagination plays a big part for AP. I tell myself what is on the other side of a mirror and it works. When i wash my hands, I always look at the reflection of my hands. It's now a habit thing haha :)
