Strange dream needs interpretation

This is a weird dream I had that I need help with. I was with these girls I’m guessing were Iranian. We were in maybe a haunted house or something? My memory is fuzzy. Anyways we were in a closed room trying to get out of this place. It was floating on water in the house. We shut the door and locked it and just kept falling into different rooms. In one room we heard a loud banging against the wall. I told them not to open the door because we had no idea who it was. In the next we heard a really scary growling sound.

After we got out and onto regular ground we went to an event where one of the girls mothers was performing rhinoplasty (I said to y’all it was weird lol). The Daughter of the surgeon got a nose job and it was honestly one of the best I’d ever seen. Then she did measurements on me and said it would cost about 6k. I told her I was definitely going to get it because she did such a good job. I also said I’d most likely take out a loan. then the dream ended.

I think the Iran might be metaphoric to "I run" meaning to run away. A haunted house is always connected to your mind, possibly something that has been troubling you for a long time. The rooms have a door shut (clue) now the water could be connected to your emotions. Floating is usually related to a lucid type dream. The falling suggests you need to be grounded in this grey area in your life. Maybe the dream has unconscious roots of not being comfortable in your own skin still, hence you wanted your nose done. That could suggest the doors being closed.
