Anyone else having intense awakening?

Ive been hearing ringing in my ears, see rainbow around lights, itchiness, panic attacks and headaches

Today the Energy is NOT Descending from solar bursts, it is Ascending from Gaia up through the Chakra pillar.

What on earth does that mean?

I got as far as ringing in your ears, vertigo and stuff but the site kept
throwing "subscribe" stuff over the article so I gave up. It honestly isn't for
me. I'm happy about my relationship with the Cosmos but my feet are on the ground.

ring in ears means you should be listening to your inner voice or intuition (gut feeling)

or was in more like there is nothing to boast about having awakened so lets do it about

"Awakened" is difficult to discuss as it means different things to different
people. I awoke to being spirit long ago. I've presumed that "ascending" is a
particular path of spiritual growth but it sounds a little close to religion,
all about following light in denial of the shadows. But I didn't get through the
article for reasons stated so have to stop commenting there. I got to the first
sentence and thought oh, no, here we go again. I mean, I hit "This is not the low
vibrational false overlay net of 3D matrix. This is the new grid."
What does that mean? Really? Explain it in non-jargon terms!

My feet are on the ground here in the 3D world because while I'm alive
I have to survive and want to deal with adversity rather than suffer because of it.
I tend to scare adversity so it doesn't visit me often!

Well I am on a TF journey, and in the past couple of months have been having a lot of chakra activity in the lower 2 chakras, including symptoms of pressure 'down there' and having symptoms like its a UTI. Feeling bit of constipation too..Well dr checked there is not UTI.

I have seen 3 pale half rainbows next too eachother, and about 2 weeks ago golden shiny like waves in my peripheral vision. I have been seeing shiny egg like orbs (laying down) shoot across my peripheral vision too. I have had my eyes checked and the tests did not detect a physical issue...I also had a panic attack about 5 weeks back, and a whole lot of light headedness and floaty ungrounded feelings. Panic attacks are not usual for me, and the last one I had was 14 years ago.

I know I am ascending, but all of this freaks me a little. Along with all the synchs too that I know I can connect to my TF. Oh and lastly I have been feeling a presence, feeling a type of touch or heaviness on my left arm - the reiki practitioner had told me a few weeks back that she could see my TF's energy above my head on the left side - and I think this feeling I have is actually him.

What I have described above only scrapes the surface of what I experience.
