Reiki Level One

Hi Everyone,

Today I did my Reiki level one. Its been a wonderful day and so pleased with the Reiki energy that is now so part of me. Already I have noticed a slight change in myselfe, its like everything is that much clearer and brighter. Had chance to do Reiki on the other people on the course and that was very good to do. Now over the next 21 days there will be change going on in me while I go through like a detox and ready for my higher vibration.

Would love to hear from anyone else who have done their Reiki level one, please get in touch.

I have been thinking about taking Reiki classes, but I do not know what to expect or what this is about.

Can you share what it is and feels?

Hello Spirit Talker, congratulations on your first degree Reiki

Hopefully your detox will be a pleasurable experience and set you up for a fantastic Reiki lifestyle :)

I did Reiki level one in November 2004 and it led to a lot of changes in my life, the most significant being that I moved house to a completely different town for reasons that I still haven't been able to work out, but it turns out the move was one of the best things I ever did! So if you suddenly get crazy ideas, don't immediately dismiss them!

In the early stages it's really important to practise your energy exercises (different places seem to teach different ones) and do lots of self-healing as well as treatments on other people, if you can find any victims

Keep that energy flowing!

Hello. Nice to meet you...

It's a method of healing based on the principle of chanelling energy into somebody elses energy, which heals it - in turn healing the physical body.

In serious terms, you work with 'healing guides' and they do the work, while you sit and channel it for them to use. Sometimes you see them 'operating' on the body and all sorts, but that's by the by.

If you're having trouble 'connecting', Reiki would be ideal for you, as it gets you feeling what energy level you need to resonate at in order to resonate at the same vibrational frequency / quality as 'spirit'.

Plus you can heal yourself which is fantastic.
A quick 5 minutes here and there and you're laughing!
