Kids & Astral Bodies... a Comparison

Hello all :) I just wanted to add some information out there for people to see and participate in the observation. After astral projecting a lot of times.. most of the time through exiting lucid dreams and a few times Consciously and watching how kids interact with the world as well as my own memories as a kid.... I have came to the conclusion that kids are more connected to their astral bodies then most adults are and observing them would give you more insight to being able to use yours.

For starters your astral body is also called your "emotional body" which is why you experience a higher range of emotions as well as feel them full body verses just your gut or chest. Maybe further meditation on that would allow some to see how to transmute energy to encompass their whole body in order to bridge some extra senses into this 3d reality....? lol Just a thought...

anyways just watching kids you can tell.... When they are afraid they are scared to death.... when they are happy they are in ecstasy..... when they are sad they are crying small oceans..... looking at this would give you an idea as to how to handle your own astral body when out traveling or just getting out.... I know a lot of you get scared and that causes you to jump back to your body... Maybe seeing how a child changes their emotion would give you insight to the transmutation of energy into another. Lol you may have to use something more substantial than an astral lollipop lol unless that actually works for you....

another observation is the way children breath... their whole stomach caves in when they are breathing but some how some way as an adult we have moved into shallow breaths to breathing using just our chest..... I wonder how and why this change has occurred...

Yes, as children we are blank and very receptive of the more subtle things. I am quite sure than the majority of children lucidly travel around in their dreams or Projections but they cannot for the most part distinguish it from what we call real life.
I've had memories of me jumping and floating around but i cannot remember waking up from them. There was a point in my mid-late teens where i realized i was astral projecting because i would sometimes be confused when i tried to jump in whatever situation and would feel the heavy gravity not letting me do a fraction of what i thought i was capable of.
At the time, i could not tell the difference between 'both' worlds.


Where i live, there are two kids but i can only discuss with one of them (5year old) as the other is only 2 and is picking up more Latvian than English. Anyway i sometimes tell the 5 year old that I can become a 'ghost' (Astral Projection) and do all sorts of things in that world and she gets real interested but her little brother is always seeking some attention so i don't go into depth about how i do it (plus i doubt a child would have the patience for the methods we use).
I have also tried asking her for some advice (serious) but she freezes up as if she cant find the words to express.

I think the most important thing i have learnt from the child-mind is that the feeling of waking up in the morning with excitement is The sign that you are on the right path.

haha I dont think I even absorbed so closely. I cant wait and at the same time I can wait to have kids. To think that this being might be someone from my past, the future or even a family member. I wonder how what we say can either encourage their growth or divert them from such a path?

I still remember most of my travels as a little kid around 4rs and up. I knew which ones were dreams,past lives, lucid, and astral projections from reality. Although I did not know the name of what I was doing it was just natural and never thought about it until very recently. Some of those memories I am just finding out about now that the internet allows me to research things... but anyways I wish people taught me what the world was really like and societies problems.... I had a notebook and use to write inventions and etc haha I just to build things at a early age but tsk tsk.. the move.

Yeah see what you mean by that feeling. I often have that magical feeling in the air and from what you said it makes sense now.
