Jumping Right On In!...
Good morning everyone,
My name is PJ - 31, London.
After many years of attempting to resolve a mixture of sexual and generalised anxiety issues I'm very pleased to say that I'm finally reaping the benefits meditation has to offer thanks to continued daily practice, commitment, dedication and exploration.
However, since the more I practice the more seem to come across more mysteries and interesting new discoveries I'm happy to have found a group here where I can learn from good, experienced people as yourselves and I'm very much looking forward to getting to know each of you.
