Crystal help ground you(your experience)

Black tourmaline, smokey quartz, some darker citrines. Quite a few other crystals can be programmed to act as grounding crystals if you get that vibe from them. I find that drinking water also helps with relaxing and grounding especially if I have handled a high vibration crystal. Boji stones and hematite are believed to be grounding too.

Maybe the combo of wearing both seem to make me more positive, have less worries and feel calm.

So far so good, I wear them everyday, and now just added in a moonstone ring to the mix.
