Didnt quite know where to post this anyway apparently I have bucketloads of anger in me and any way I was having this dream and i was dragging this mountain bike up

these stairs and into a fancy shop and the shop assistant had put beautiful white dresses on the floor at the front door then I stood on them with muddy feet cause I

didnt know they were there, then security came and took my bike off me and i went balistic and threw things and smashed there tv ,,and then my husband said yep

finally now its time for the pills.....lol....anyway nxt thing and this part sort of happened in my brain was I had a code download it went like-------5----------9---------7----

----a number etc it repeated and repeated intensely inside my head and shut my brain down,,which in a way was sort of good because Ive been grasping lately ...and so I

figure Im either crazy or it was the illuminati or just another stepping stone in the path of me understanding myself which I think I got as take more responsibility for

your reactions,and actions ,be more tolerant ,,,and on top of that its ok to be angry about things sometimes its natural, the old duality thing ,any other ideas?

I also know that its because i cant ride my bike or do my yoga or even go for a simple walk right now,,,,Im having trouble loving myself sometimes ,i see its just the old pattern of negativity Ill be back ,its coming ,I can feel it right now ,,Amen
