So far I've had:

Grape-nuts with berry compote
Sunbutter and apple butter sandwich
Banana
Peeta chips (I'm not sure why the actual spelling is censored...)

Will soon be having:
Pizza with cheese, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, and olives. Made by yours truly. :)

Yum :)

2 cups of wonderful black ground coffee....

Bowl of chopped orange with green grapes and sesame seeds/pumpkin seeds, with Bran flakes eaten like crisps on the side....

Half a block of curried oak smoked tofu with soy sauce, plus a pile of mashed potatoes and swede turnips with gravy, and steamed onions and green leaf cabbage.....

Loads of fizzy water......

6 Vegan fruit shortcake biscuits....
1/4 bag of roasted monkey nuts.

One cup of peppermint tea.
One generous brandy.

BIG YUM! I can't wait for tomorrow!

Tobi - can I come to yours for dinner?

I'm doing stuffed peppers shortly. Sort of making the inside bit up as I go along - brown rice, mushroom, onion, hard boiled egg and whatever else springs to mind, perhaps with a small dollop of marmite to give it a bit of oomph. With a load of veggies on the side. Yum.

Breakfast: oatmeal soaked overnight in almond milk with a mashed banana, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of nutmeg (eaten cold!). Two cups of black coffee.

Snack: a handful of almonds and raisins.

For lunch: a cold salad of brown rice, black beans, navy beans, chopped onion and cherry tomatoes in a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner will be a sweet potato. I am stuffed!
