Just Started Meditations
I have been doing meditations from an app -- short, 10 minutes, mostly before bed. I am relaxed.
On two separate occasions, in the first several minutes, the face of TF came into third eye. It was there for 10 seconds. I was surprised and was going to end the session, but continued.
I am wondering if this happens to others or if I am just weird.  |
