Having Trouble Astral Projecting
I had a number of unwanted OBEs last year when I began the awakening process. they were awful and fear ridden. After dealing with the fear through meditation, therapy and spiritual practice I want to explore Astral Projection because it helped me recognize my fears and helped me grow. I have researched the topic for almost a year and I feel as if I am ready. I know what to do and have reached the tingle phase of the process. I can't help but wonder if I am having trouble because I share the bed with my girlfriend. She likes to have the television on when she sleeps and we both can be active sleepers. Could this be making it more difficult to achieve Astral Projection? If so does anyone have any advice as how to do it when you share a bedroom with someone else? The few times I had OBEs in the past I wasn't in the same bed as her. Thank you so much!
