My sense is that I have known him before. There is no rational explanation as to why I was/am so drawn to him so strongly, hardly knowing him. I am not one given to infatuations. I have questioned how well I know myself! Some days I am so sure about him being from the past, other days I question it. Maybe I do need to just meditate and see what is revealed to me about him.

maybe the other person is distance from his inner self
that could happen
you have to help him to connect again
but he doesn't "have" to believe in reincarnation

Belief has nothing to do with it, its the lesson that is important, we all learn lessons from each other no matter if you believe in reincarnation or not.
