I'll be better informed tomorrow when I check the local newspaper and web, (I don't own a tv set).
Here's some info in the meantime.
I was looking at the Witch of Agnesi - the Curve, on Wikipedia. Google UK browser has been running the 296th birthday anniversary of Maria Gaetana Agnesi (Italian mathematician credited for breakthrough in Calculus).
So I'm jotting down the equations and graphs and mumbled out loud something about Theta...when suddenly the sun punched an eye-shaped hole in the sky. (All day I've been aware of a strange synchronicity with events that I can't describe, or explain).
Anyway, I was about to snap "The Odd Shot" when I noticed a great plume of smoke on the skyline.
This was around 6 O'clock. It's now midnight! The fire department should have had this under control by now!
I'll post an update tomorrow.

Wow...is that your own pic of the bumble bee, Visitor? Cool how you caught it in motion so clearly. I had one fly in through the dining room doorway the other night when we were eating dinner. He hovered around me for a minute and then decided I wasn't sweet enough
