"Bubbling" and pressure while meditating.

Well breathing through my belly is what I did and it is something I practice regularly throughout the day. I guess like you say, sometimes things happen in our body. Plus I know that at the moment I am under a lot of stress.
It doesn't really matter, I'll meditate again, but I was just wondering what it was.

Ninoushka... It sounds to me that, like most people, there's some energy blockage in your solar plexus and your meditation awareness was beginning to push against it.

If it shows up again you might breathe directly into it, visualize light and love there, and allow any emotions and memories to come up so it can be released more easily.
