If you've spent any time running, jumping, or playing in the sun you've probably activated your energy body without even realizing it. It's also possible your higher selves activated your energy body without you knowing. Without our 3rd eyes open to actually see our energy bodies, we are left to feel it. The point is are you aware? Can you feel it? If you are not consciously aware of your energy body, then now is the time to become aware.
We are powerful beings, Light beings, capable of using vast amounts of energy. If you are not aware of this and something negative gets inside your energy field, you become a powerful carrier of that negative energy. Literally an entire town of people can be made to feel bad if you are a carrier of a negative frequency.
So the 1st step is to become aware of your energy body & activate it if it hasn't been activated yet. Ask your higher selves to help you to activate your energy body. The 2nd step is to learn how to manage your energy body, most importantly how to build a firewall to keep negative energy out. You will need to learn how to cloak yourself for missions and when to contract and pull in, such as when you enter a large city, and when to expand. Also, how to watch and identify anything foreign entering your energy space- or feel it in our cases because our 3rd eyes are not yet open.
Hopefully everyone will develop their own process as per their own higher selves, guides, council contacts, and spirit animals or ascended masters you work with personally. Here's a few tips to get you started:

Each day charge your energy body in the morning and evening sun for an hour twice a day if you can. Wear sunglasses or close your eyes and put your face directly to the sun for a few minutes. Then look down and lower your gaze. Just charge your energy body in the sun as much as possible from now on. The energy being delivered right now is Divine and potent. So just get as much as you can.
