I know I'm still fairly new...but I'm going to just throw this out there in regards to your back and neck problems spiritguide. I wonder if it's tied in to possibly the situation of your ex husband breaking the broom? Like some strings still attached to your feelings of back then. Something hadn't been let go or your ties cut from. To me that would explain why nothing seems to help, uncut ties from the old injuries. Perhaps some unsaid emotional baggage that is still hanging around in your subconcious? I know this is out there, but if you need someone to be an ear for you, I'm more than welcome to. (hugs)

I could be completely wrong on this whole thing, but it's what popped into my head.

Hello spiritguide,

I would say I agree with Jols.

Perhaps you still haven't let go of your ex and perhaps you're still stuck in the past with him. I am not sure if you have done this but try to forgive him and really mean it. We do tend to forget that our thoughts can sometimes have negative effects on us and maybe you're still angry or sad about what he did to you.

You should let go of the past-of the bad memories and the fear and replace them with love and forgiveness. No matter how bad you might feel always remember that he was weaker then you and that you were the stronger one.

Perhaps I've gone wildly off topic here but I hope it helps.

I agree Primrose oil, and a calcium/magnesium supplement, preferably in liquid form.
