Dreams
I’ve had a reoccurring dream I don’t have it much anymore but in the past are used to have a quite often where I was trapped in a house my older sisters house in particular a few others but her house Was the most Reoccurring
On another note one other houses I feel I was trapped in my mom now lives in. When she moved in Recognized it from in my dream but only in fragments
Also another reoccurring dream I have is that I’m at my grandmas (who pasted ) house I’m not trapped there (the home is sold after she past) but in my dream I see the renovations everything is different I go through the house confused and upset I know it’s her house but everything’s different the lay out the smell and it’s heartbreaking sometimes I find her in the home in her room we talk, then some how I loss track of her. I can’t find her but it feels like home. Like dinner time.

it may be a way for your subconscious to speak about feeling trapped into
particular behaviors or thought patterns through association with your sister
and mother... but free to be however feels good with grandma, though feeling
that associations with her were infrequent.
it was the structures in place, not the individuals themselves that've seemed
to be the 'threat'... the structures might relate to their mindsets, or 'rigid'
personalities (?).
