Honestly I have given up trying to interpret dreams years ago. I found there are too many levels of consciousness involved that simple symbol interpretation rarely makes sense.
I think my bathroom dreams are probably more body oriented and some signal from the body about having to go to the bathroom has become hyper-aware in the dream state, so that even if it is not an emergency situation (as it rarely is), the dream will magnify the impulse into a bathroom dream.
With the weirdness of the dream being a sign that "you cannot go now even if you have to".
But the weirdness is what I used as a clue to kick in the lucidity.
After i became lucid, I didnt work to change the scene. My lucidity experiments are more about learning about the environment I am in. In this case, last night, I was testing tactile sensations and trying to see what things "feel" like in the dream state, since there is obviously no real physical contact with things. I was trying to be aware of exactly what the sensation of touch was by touching different things around me.
