My question, why do they get this feelings?

If you study what a prayer is, it is in many cases an affirmation.

The expression Amen generally means "So be it!"

It is also a common expression which Jean Luc Picard uses when giving an order on Star Trek the Next Generation.

What does praying mean in your world?

In mine, as I live I pray.
As I breathe I pray.
As I think I pray.
As I sip the Sacred water I pray. Thank you.
This is to live in connectivity and spirit and one with all creation
and Creator. In my way we say Aho, Mitákuye Oyás'iŋ (All Are Related)
