Can you do it? My experience is that when you make yourself feel guilty you cannot move on. That's the problem with self-judgment.

the reason i ask is because it's my method of mind discipline to seek and then heal at the impact point the underlying reason for any given emotional/mental discord. i realize this isn't your chosen method but i was just curious. |

In fact yes IQ I was raised atheist but realized that I have religious fears. No idea why they come from.
