People normally have all chakras "closed", when you really open a chakra, so you obtain soupernatural powers, siddhis. Until you do not have any siddhi, so you have none chakra open.

The heart is just so beautiful, it is the first organ to be birth and soon the form of a baby.

Some other few tips I have received from other healers I work with, are 1. Use rose oil to apply on your body 2. Embrace self-love for yourself 3. Be honest and authentic with yourself, if you feel that a situation/item/thing is calling out to you, and you don't feel comfortable about it, take a look at it, and tune in to the Heart. When you feel a 'gap' in the energies of your heart and how you feel, that is how much 'gap' you are feeling.

It can be helpful to look at the way you feel in relationships. Are you open? or do you hold back?

Often the heart is a reflection of the way we are in relationships. Joining a sharing circle , or something where you can "open up" verbally about your self

Better not be concerned with it, as we may be aware of our own particular hard heartedness, we can feel the weight that rests there, and have no need for it to be otherwise - no sense of aversion toward such heaviness, and no desire for a lighter replacement. Just the truth of it - just as it is - and the certainty of it changing.

I knew nothing about the chakra's at the time, and kind of freaked out. My anxiety driven mind interpreted it like it was a life threatening medical diagnosis. This resulted in me doing research about the chakra and taking a big leap, ending up in my first romantic relationship. A decent amount of bricks had been taken off the wall I've built around my heart.

Now the relationship is over, and some more bricks were added to the wall. I think my heart chakra is more open than it was back in January, but I know it's not as open as it could, or should, be. Some helpful tips would be much appreciated! Thanks for reading!

Look up jason stephenson on youtube. Listen to his chakra balancing guided meditation for beginners. Wish i could link it but it is a 20 minute meditation. Thats how i started. You may even find yourself opening other chakras as well. No worries though, they all work together to make one balanced.

Your link i clicked because i was interested. But with the powers they mention, it almost sounds like abilities you would have during astral projection.

For example, according Original eastern texts when you really open Heart chakra, so you have levitation ability. Not "astral", but real physical body.
The second thing, for example see The secret of the golden flower, translantion by Richard Willhelm, who really open the heart chakra (in this book fleshly heart), and by some texts of Yoga, can significantly prolong life. And can see supernatural beings - gods, angels, demons..
But, in original eastern text is that real opening one chakra take years meditation on a one chakra only.

Any authentic meditation that brings attention inward and enables one to transcend mental and sensory identification will, over time, naturally and effortlessly facilitate the awakening of kundalini and opening of the chakras.

I practiced Transcendental Meditation for some years and began experiencing the opening of my heart chakra. In my case, there were blockages so I experienced some real pain in the center of my chest. Eventually, however, this led to some beautiful experiences, including my "year of bliss" in which I experienced deep bliss radiating from the center of my chest, for nearly a year. After some time, the bliss faded and I'm left feeling very peaceful and joyful all of the time.

Simple article on chakra purification:
https://yogainternational.com/articl...ric-meditation

There are a variety of hatha and kundalini yoga poses to open your heartspace in a more physical way.

I'm not an expert, but a simple one I picked up For the heart chakra is using the technique of setting the intention to purify and open the anahata. Relax into a meditation in lotus, and focus pranayama breathing on your heart chakra. Imagine each time you breathe in, visualize 12 petals opening wider and wider, and closing as you exhale. It's not going to blow you wide open, but will help you to realize the varying degrees that you can operate at. This style is just a quick meditation type that I never exceeded 15 minutes.
