maybe thats why the chinese have the six healing sounds qigong then, where each sound is associated with an internal organ, where you can also relieve tension, expel heat and cold and other health benefits, but mantra is and sounds a lot more vigourous, I think in the six healing sounds they say that if the sounds become audible and coarse that it affects or hurts the chi of the body, they both seem to work in there own way by the looks of it then.
