Yes, this has happened to me many times. Our black lab, who passed away in 2010, came to me very vividly in a dream and has also shown herself to me on occasion...always when I'm at home. I've also noticed that often when she comes to my mind very strongly a certain song will often start playing on the radio. I believe that's more than coincidence!

I sometimes get up late at night to get a drink of water and I have this comfortable feeling my cat is up with me too having something to eat or lying in bed. My cat has been gone for about 7 years. It's kind of odd! |

I'm sorry I missed this thread before. I am so glad to hear of others who have had similar experiences to myself.
Yes I went out of body and met and touched my own dog, in August 2012, 2 months after her passing.That encounter had a deep and unforgettable effect on me. She visited me umpteen times since then and continues to visit me over 2 years later.
