Hi all
i was hoping help from a medium i see ghosts/spirits pretty much all the time though i have a lack in confidence with communicating with them and being assured of who they are its a confidence thing i have and its quite mentally draining emotionally being low in confidence
anyways i see a woman spirit she came through and couple of times she looked very real she also visited my place of work
she always smiling from what ive seen of her she has long ginger hair and she wears a white dress down to her ankles .

i was wondering if a experienced medium could shed light on who she is and her name

also i so want to see my auntie spirit i could swore she sat down beside me in bed once
i said why cant i see her she said i was not ready
its been a few years and more since then and i still dont seem to see ghosts as they were when they were alive

What am i doing wrong by not seeing them ?
I always hear my name called and i get nudged on my body and always sense someone with me

i have seen ghosts in the corner of my eyes but not in my frontal vision apart from the red haired spirit i just dont understand .

I am pretty certain the woman you describe is your guide. You do not need to know their name, just trust they are with you.

And for many people who can communicate with spirit, we do not see spirit as if they were when they were alive. Some may do, but mostly it will come through different forms - you could hear them, see lights or shadows perhaps, smell them (my husband is a medium and smells them as well as sometimes seeing them). Mostly - it will just come from knowing. Just knowing they are there - and to know means to TRUST.

its like you already mentioned its your confidence that's determining your readiness to know more, they can sense that kind of energy you know.

just one day sit and have a decent conversation with one, open up a little, your Aunt will see this and know that you are trying, and move to the next step towards seeing her, like seeing her in a projection or lucid exp. i have faith you will pull it off. I wish I was in your shoes, when it comes to spirit seeing

I had a chance to look upon an actual Angel once after a meditation session, but I was afraid to look, cause I was under the impression it was forbidden and I was afraid to, now i'm wishing I had, i missed my opportunity, and I always wanted to see/exp something paranormal.

I did years later with a medieval times lady in a beige ball gown, though it was upon waking up and I saw her in my hall, she quickly darted into my bathroom. Then I saw her again in an astral projection.
That was the last and only time I witness the paranormal and I want more. I'm very open to it, but nothing.
