Sleep Paralysis and Figure Standing Over Me and Dragging Me

I don't remember what order it happened in I woke up in sleep paralysis and struggled to move and managed to sit up but I was really heavy and fought to hold myself up. The room was much bigger like a mansion, and I saw the dog on the floor. I tried walking towards her but my feet felt like I was walking on broom sticks as I slowly made my way across the floor. I also remember being paralyzed on the floor and a figure standing over me and it begins to drag me down a hall as I see hundreds of shadowy hands grabbing at the air in front of me, it dragged me into the darkness and either I went into the sleep paralysis I mentioned at the beginning or I woke up, can't remember what order it happened in.

The Shadow figure is the past which you are holding on to.
It can't to anything, unless you believe that it can.

If it happens again, just remember that shadow can do nothing. It may scare you - or try to, but that is then all.

And if you get scared, then you get out of that state and back into body.


About the Sleep paralysis:
The sleep paralysis is normal, almost everyone has it. It happens whenever you fall asleep, so that you do not move the body, while dreaming.
Sometime, it happens that you awake while the body is still into this state.


And i always preach: Be happy when it happens, because tho go back into astral or dream is easier.
