I remember someone saying they drank a glass of orange juice before going to sleep, and ..... strange as it may sound, it did help them with lucid dreaming !

I've had 3 lucid dreams, and they all occurred on weeks/months when I was dream journaling regularly.
The first one was definitely exciting!
