I thought the original picture of the flower was quite large as is.... just my opinion.
Or could it be different sizes on different computers ?

I thought you meant you'd somehow got my original photo onto your computer and magically made it bigger. Mea culpa.
E - we have until Wednesday 27th July to submit our masterpieces. 
Sadly I don't know how to get the original original photo (which is very large) here as SF won't allow those sizes.

Oh that's good. It's big enough when I put it on my monitor. It's just that someone mentioned putting a higher resolution photo on would be better.
But as I've tried and failed, I'll just have to apologise and hope y'all can work with what you got.

ah ok...so I'm not quite sure of the rules yet. Is what I did the right idea, or are we supposed to change it all together?  |

NS - it's perfect what you did. Would love to see more if you have them.
There are no rules as such. But if you are going to do something drastically different from the original (such as Enlightener's idea to draw a building), you will also have to explain where the connection is to the flower.
Now if he was to draw a building with a flower imprint along the turrets (and the flower was the peony), then that's brilliant. Genius in fact. As long as he points that out, then he's good to go.
I don't want this challenge to be restricted or limited in any way. I want it to be creative, joyful and fun.
Is that clearer?
